1. Donations
Donations made to One World International Trust are considered final and non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated to ongoing programs and community projects.
2. Transaction Errors
Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate transactions
- Technical errors during payment processing
- Unauthorized or incorrect charges
If you believe a transaction was made in error, please email hope@owitrust.com within 7 days of payment, including:
- Full name
- Transaction ID
- Date and amount of payment
- Reason for refund request
Our finance team will review and respond within 7–10 business days.
3. Event or Campaign Cancellations
If a special event or campaign is cancelled, donors will be notified, and refund or reallocation options may be offered at our discretion.
